This past weekend gave us plenty of reasons to remain indoors and enjoy the time spent on our favourite video game/s. As we slowly make the move from autumn into winter, here are some of the weekend highlights you may have missed.
Bethesda leaves people guessing with cryptic messages
For the past few days, developer/publisher Bethesda Softeorks has been teasing followers with cryptic posts on social media.
While it’s safe to say that Bethesda may be hinting at a Rage 2 reveal as in their previous posts on social media, it was their most recent post that got many anticipating at a full (Rage 2) game reveal on May 14, 2018 written in pink which has been the preferred colour in previous posts.
Many have poked fun at how the person depicted may need a dentist (and possible more than just a dentist), we’ll wait for the bigger picture to be made clear on May 14th, let the guesses keep rolling…
Divinity: Original Sin II Definitive Edition announced for Game Preview launch
Popular RPG, Divinity: Original Sin II Definitive Edition, has been confirmed for an Xbox Game Preview launch according to developer Larian Studios.

The news, which was accidently announced via Xbox Wire, was eventually confined on Saturday will give players plenty of freedom as a sandbox RPG where players can roam around the map and talk to anyone while interacting with their surroundings. With unique characters, personalities and quests, the game encourages players to break the rules rather than follow the rules.
The game will be available on Game Preview on May 16, 2018 ahead of its scheduled game release in August 2018.
The Han Solo Season arrives this week
Mark your calendars for May 16 as EA announced that the Han Solo season for Star Wars Battlefront II will arrive this week.
Players will jump into the Original Trilogy with brand new content inspired by the upcoming Solo: A Star Wars film. Fans of Star Wars Battlefront get to revisit Jabba’s Palace from the game as part of the season in which players can settle their difference at Jabba’s Palac either in Blast, Hero Takedown or Heroes vs. Villains game modes.
There will be cosmetic items included in the season for Solo, Lando Calrissian and Leia Organa available for Crystals or Credit. Also included is the Starfighter Custom Arcade where you can hone your skills inside the cockpit alongside fellow starfighters.
