One of the best games of 2017 will finally make its anticipated debut on Xbox One next month.
A recent tweet from independent developer, Ninja Theory, confirmed yesterday that the dark action adventure title, Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice, will be heading to Xbox One. This announcement has been widely received by many considering that the game was first released for PC and PlayStation 4.
Hellblade was widely praised for its compelling narrative and its stunning visual presentation. Exploring the depths of mental illness through the eyes of the game’s protagonist, Senua, a Celtic warrior who sets off on a journey of personal discovery following the loss of her family.
A gripping and harrowing tale beautifully told through the power of Xbox One X. Ninja Theory also announced that the game with be receiving Xbox One X enhancements upon the game’s release.
“Players [have] the choice of three enhanced modes to select from. Enhanced Visuals mode offers extra FX and visual quality throughout the experience, High Framerate mode runs the game at 60 frames per second, and High-Resolution mode runs the game with dynamic resolutions up to 4K.”
The developers have made the game available today for pre-order which as a “thank you”, Xbox One owners will get 10% discount for pre-ordering the game. The discount will also apply if the game is purchased in its first week through the Xbox Store.
Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice will launch for Xbox One on April 11, 2018.
