Bandai Namco addressed the weekend’s Dragon Ball FighterZ’s open beta weekend which was riddled with network issues that affected many players.
The studio posted a full statement on Facebook thanking the “FighterZ” for their participation and the feedback as they’ll be focusing the issues at hand and how to resolve them.
“Our team is working hard on optimizing the Open Beta but ran into some issues that cannot be addressed in a short amount of time, so we are asking for your patience until the next server update.”
But instead of leaving it, Bandai Namco revealed that a second open beta testing will be held but the studio has yet to announced the date and times for the beta testing.
However, many got their hopes up as they that the beta extention would be happening this past Tuesday to which Bandai responded just to clear the air:
Guaranteed that the issues will be resolved by then, the open beta is currenrly available for Xbox One owners with the full launch happening on January 26.
