DC Comics’ demonic sorceress, Enchantress is the latest character to join the superhero fighting title, Injustice 2.
Announced back in November, Enchantress along with Aton and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles will form part of the game’s Fighter Pack 3 or if you own the game’s Ultimate Edition or Ultimate Pack. Atom became available last month and with TMNT rumoured to be made available sometime next month.
But aside from what we have seen in Suicide Squad, Enchantress is quite a powerful character and she can definitely hold her ground as seen in the intro character trailer for Enchantress.
However, fans have noticed similarities between her and another famed NetherRealm character, Quan Chi from Mortal Kombat, the similarities have been welcomed by most with some even stating that it gave them “Quan Chi vibes” while others feel she’s a massive step up from Quan Chi.
And while we do wish that NetherRealm had used her costume from Suicide Squad, many love her look, her gameplay mechanics and the amazing voiceover work, Enchantress does make for an interesting addition.
Enchantress will be available for the Ultimate Edition, Ultimate Pack and Fighter Pack 3 on January 9 while those who own the standard edition can add her to their roster on January 16.
