Call of Duty: WWII may be a few days and selling extremely well, it may have left the door open for studios to capatalise, namely Rockstar Games.
The studio, recently, launched a new mode, Dogfight for GTA Online on Tuesday where you can “send your opposition spiralling to their doom”.
In a series of 1v1 dogfights, earn points for your team by taking down your enemies all from the cockpit of your plane. Players can earn Double GTA$ and RP until November 13, so take to the skies and burn them down…
Staying with Rockstar Games, Grand Theft Auto V made history by becoming the best-selling video game in the United States, surpassing Wii Sports with 85 million copies sold worldwide.
This was revealed in publisher Take Two Interactive’s quarterly earnings report this week. According to the publisher, GTA Online’s successes is what made the quarter the best for its online mode in terms of revenue.
Considering that Grand Theft Auto V launched five years ago and manages tobstill remain relevant and constantly grow is a massive achievement for all involved in the project. And with Red Dead Redemption 2 on the horizon, may be it won’t halt the momentum for GTA V as it continue to grow from strength to strength.
