Rockstar revealed a brand new trailer (second for the game) for the upcoming western action adventure Red Dead Redemption 2 on Thursday.
As reported days earlier, we somewhat hoped that the publisher would give fans a bigger announcement, the release date for the game instead, what fans got was just as satisfying but not revealing too much.

The trailer gave a glimpse into the gritty backdrop of Red Dead Redemption 2 which, according to Rockstar’s newswire, its narrative was described as “the story of outlaw Arthur Morgan and the Van der Linde gang as they rob, fight and steal their way across the vast and rugged heart of America in order to survive”.
While the game is slated for a Spring 2018 release, its predecessor Red Dead Redemption sold over 14 million copies since its launch in 2010. Rockstar made the game playable via Xbox’s backward compatibility.
But don’t count Rockstar out…
The publisher will still be churning out DLC content for its 2013 best-selling title, Grand Theft Auto V and L.A. Noire to be ported to multiple platforms including Xbox One.
