Two Overwatch agents are joining the Nexus in Heroes of the Storm
Get ready to do battle in Blizzard’s multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) title, Heroes of the Storm (HotS) as yet another crossover between Blizzard’s properties sees Overwatch’s Ana and Junkrat entering the Nexus soon. Along with the addition of the characters, the Volskaya Foundry map will also be available for HotS players.
Blizzard have yet to reveal when the characters and the map will drop and how they’ll be integrated into the game, it will see plenty of Overwatch players trying their hand at HotS. Since the release in May 2016, Overwatch has over 30 million players joining the battle and with the impending crossover, we could see numbers starting to soar for Blizzard’s MOBA title.
Also part of the Assault on Volskaya Foundry update, new in-game items like Shrike Ana and Commandant Varian skins, new emotes and sprays as well as a new brawl mode, Bash ‘Em Smash ‘Em Robots where giant robots take over the Volskaya map and a new in-game event, Pachimari Mania.
The new heroes will most likely go to PTR (Public Test Realm) before the full launch on PC as no specific date has been outlined by Blizzard yet.
