Xbox’s E3 titles we can’t wait to play

E3 surely brought all the exclusives, sneak peaks and plenty of celebrations and as we gear up for the worldwide launch of the Xbox One X in November, these upcoming titles will look appealing in our current collection. Of all the titles announced at E3, these are our top picks that we can’t wait to pick up and play:

Middle-earth: Shadow of War

Words can’t even describe how excited I am for this title. Having seen the trailer and some gameplay footage and having a near heart attack as the game would be delayed by two months, Monolith Productions have truly created a damn masterpiece. They have gone creative with Tolkien’s universe and with the improved Nemesis System, this game’s truly elevated from Shadow of Mordor.

Be prepared to join the fight on October 10, 2017.

Forza Motorsport 7

Dangerous. Beautiful. Enticing. These are the words we can describe the Xbox exclusive, Forza Motorsport 7. Powered by 4K, FM7 is a beast of a game on the Xbox One X. Xbox labelled the game as “the most comprehensive automotive game ever made”, it’s bolstered by a collection of over 700 cars ranging from Porsche, Lamborghini and Ferrari. Start your engines for Forza Motorsport 7 racing on October 3, 2017.

If you missed the trailer, here’s another look:

Assassin’s Creed Origins

Nothing could’ve prepared me for how scenic and beautiful the environment is in the upcoming Ubisoft stealth title, Assassin’s Creed Origins. Set in the historic Ancient Egypt, play as Bayek as you sail down the River Nile, discover the secrets of the pyramids and embark on multiple quests.

Assassin’s Creed Origins will release on October 27, 2017.

Call of Duty WWII

Now, I’m not the biggest fan of Call of Duty (and I haven’t played any CoD game) but on the basis of historical reference, this game has certainly reeled me in. We have covered this game, in particular, a while back and going back to themes and mechanics that popularised the game seemed a good strategy. But while it will compete with DICE’s Battlefield 1 (and who announced two expansions at E3 including a night map), this surely will be interesting to see how the two games fair against each other.

But for now, we’ll have to wait patiently for its November 3, 2017 release date.

Sea of Thieves

If you didn’t watch the Xbox E3 conference, you can’t believe the response this game received, despite it was publically named to feature at the event this year. The epic pirate adventure from Rare is the most anticipated game for the Xbox platform. Sea of Thieves mixes nautical simulator with barrels of fun and loot, it’s irresistible and extremely humorous, what more could one as for?!

Be the pirate you wished to be as Sea of Thieves will set sail in early 2018.
